Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests can be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. Our shirts are made to order; after this window, cancellation may not be possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To submit a request, sign in to your customer account and open your order. Requests are reviewed by SoHo Life; submitting a request does not itself cancel an order.
